MISSION OVER COMMISSION
As Connecticut’s first and only nonprofit real estate company, HOC Realty has a mission to focus on your needs. When we meet, don’t be surprised if we’re quiet initially. We want to hear your story, understand where you are in the process of finding your next home, and then tailor our action to help you achieve your goals. Our education, guidance, and ongoing support empowers you throughout the process of buying, selling, or renting your home.
“If it wasn’t for NHS, I would have no idea about the home buying process. NHS was a great guide that helped reduce stress of buying a home.”
~ Sharleen Sanchez Barriera, HOC client
