Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven is proud to announce the promotion of Jay O’Neill, formerly our Construction Manager, to Director of Real Estate Development.
Jay has been an integral member of our team, bringing exceptional skill, dedication, and leadership to every project he oversees. His deep knowledge of construction and project management has played a vital role in advancing our mission to strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to quality, affordable housing.
Our Executive Director, Jim Paley, shared his wholehearted support for the promotion, saying, “I believe that he has done a masterful job in managing our construction projects and certainly deserves this promotion.”
