Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven is excited to share the latest progress on four housing development projects currently underway.
At 922 Winchester Avenue, pictured above, construction is nearing completion. The Certificate of Occupancy inspection has been completed, marking a major milestone for the project. Following the inspection, only post-construction cleanup and final touch-ups will remain before the home is ready for its new owner.
At 15-17 Winthrop Avenue, drywall installation is underway. Once completed, crews will move on to priming and painting, bringing the interior spaces one step closer to completion.
Meanwhile, at 634 Howard Avenue, insulation work is wrapping up and the project remains on schedule for drywall installation next week.
Construction at 28-50 Thompson Street is currently on hold.
