Built in 1895, this particular house is among a group of the older houses to stand on Huntington street. This house was built by George Rotman, a grocer and meat marketer in the Newhallville neighborhood who also ventured into speculative real estate development. Many generations of Winchester Repeating Arms factory works have called this charming Queen Anne style house their home.
