The goal of the Youth Resident Leadership Program is to educate future community leaders. In order to accomplish this, we have enlisted the help of current community leaders, public speakers, politicians, business people, and other experts. Theses leaders offer their knowledge and expertise to program participants in evening seminars, organized by topic. The five topics are critical areas for the development of skills that will help turn participants into effective, distinguished leaders. Seminars include brief lectures, group discussions, and experiential exercises.

Unit One: Project/Team Management

Unit Two: Politics, Power, Opportunity

Unit Three: Dealing with Emotions

Unit Four: Media and the Mind

Unit Five: Positive Impact
