A Map of Our Completed Properties
NHS of New Haven has always favored a clustering approach to its affordable housing development. In the 1990s, clusters were in evidence on Elm Street in the Dwight-Edgewood neighborhood and on Carmel Street in Beaver Hills. In 2004, the cluster approach was expanded to our Fairlawn Manor development in the newly created Fairlawn-Nettleton State Historic District. More recently, our clustering strategy has governed our property acquisition and rehabilitation in Newhallville and the Hill. The map (below) provides a visual representation of this clustering of properties.
